The Cat That Ain't?

Episode 5 of The Adventures of Willie and Grace has been lost, but here's a summary...

Willie and Grace peddled as fast as they could when they saw the green car, and darted into a small alley. The car sped by, and never noticed the kids. Since they solved the part of the code about "the street named after a saint," they decided to work on the "cat that ain't" part. A seagull flew overhead, causing them to look up. They noticed a catwalk overhead, connecting two old warehouses, and wondered if it could be the "cat" referred to on the map. As they were thinking what they should do next, they saw to their horror that the green car was back, blocking the only way out of the alley.
